"The room was loud, similar to having a bad upstairs apartment neighbor. Did seem mostly clean so there is that. Hot breakfast options but limited and kinda meh. Not the worst experience but would have expected better for the cost. "

"Our room was impeccable and up to date. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s rest. The pool was very enjoyable, but is starting to show some wear (rusted spots). Still very enjoyable though! My only wish is that it would open sooner than 9am. Those with toddlers who are ready to swim by 8am (or earlier) would be so appreciative of an earlier opening! The breakfast was wonderful - large variety of options and all well made. This was our first time staying here, and we will definitely be staying here again sometime! Very pleased!"

"I noticed that the walls are super thin and you are able to hear absolutely everything in the hallway and next door. However, the rooms were extremely large and spacious, the staff was great, and the breakfast wasn't the worst I have had. One complaint from my kids was that the pool was awful cold."

"We chose this place because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, our room was not clean. Black hair on the bathroom floor and carpet. Plus several of our towels had black hair on them as well. I cleaned the floors myself and sprayed everything down with Lysol. Extremely disappointed that the room came with NO kitchen utensils at all. The front desk did offer cheap paper plates and Styrofoam bowls. Plastic utensils that melted when you ate something out of the microwave. BUT, you could purchase real plates and silverware. If this was noted on the website I completely missed it and my error. If we had known this we would have chosen another place to stay. We were there for 5 days and chose it because of the convenience to eat in. The coffee bar in the lobby was always in need of being wiped up along with the floor. This can also he attributed to most people being sloppy. The laundry room was a joke as well. One machine was so filthy it was unusable. I even brought my own wipes to clean out the machines before use as I always do when using a public machine. $2.50 to wash a load and the same to dry. Took $5 to dry 3 jeans and 3 t-shirts. The folding table was also filthy. Again, cleaned it with my wipes. Location was great but that is the only positive thing I have to say."

"Restaurant on site is not adequately staffed for nights with concerts. Kitchen can’t keep up and have no issue with feeling you they can’t help you. Property is a bit ran down for the amount of guests they get, upgrades would be nice to see, but only staying one night it served it purpose."
