The door wouldn’t hardly close, the floors were dirty, neither electrical outlets in the bathroom worked, the curtains wouldn’t close, there was only 1 towel, we tried to use the phone to call the front desk and it wouldn’t work, the plugs on the lamps wouldn’t work, and we had to go down to the front desk and find out how to get the tv to work. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor and the pantry was empty. "

"I waited over 45 minutes to check into my pre payed room! Room was not very clean and had a bad odor. The shower mechanism was loose and controlling the temperature was difficult! Pool area had rust on the floor. My granddaughter cut her toe on a broken tile on the floor of the pool area. The jazzuci was green! Breakfast of out of waffle batter, out of yogurt and we arrived an hour before it closed. I have stayed here several times in the past few years but we will not stay here in the future!"
