There was old, mouldy food left in the room from the visitors before us. Underneath the chair in the room. Blonde, female, manager degrading & talking poorly to other staff member in the common area. I gave her a look and she knew what she was doing was wrong. It was very sad to see. We asked for room service every day and came when I called 2x more. Didn’t clean the mouldy food up, refill coffee station, paper cups. Did not replace towels until I got frustrated and said -we have no towels - Toilet was plugged, took them over an hour to bring a plunger. and due to liability, staff needs to plunge. very embarrassing. wish that was mentioned over the phone. Porch light & 3 lamps in the room did not work. Requested a crib for 7 month baby, crib was not provided and child was left to sleep on the floor. 2nd night was not provided and child slept in car seat and the bed. Outdoor pool had many “closed” signs. Stopped staff member to ask what time pool was available. He said, it is now, brought us over and removed the signs. As we were swimming (with a BABY) staff member proceeded to pour cleaning chemicals and/or Chlorine into the pool while we were in it. We found this extremely nerve wracking as we would have waited for the service to be completed. Lastly, I was told I would have a $50 hold on my debit/visa, but when arriving at the desk to check in was told it is actually a $250.00 hold. This was a very frustrating miscommunication. We came down for medical. 4/10

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for breakfast and Starbucks did not have any baked goods available the morning we were checking out. Starbucks also only had very limited drink options.

I hope they were doing construction all night or this place is haunted!! Banging, slamming of doors, and weird noises all through the night. Let’s just say this place is a joke. It seems if you book direct you get a very nice room in the beautiful tower, if you book through Expedia you get a dilapidated room between a gym and a dennys. On your walk to your room you get a nice tour of some old hallways that kind of remind you of the haunted mansion and the thought that you are going to die here tonight does cross your mind. Once you find your room you quickly find out the door doesn’t all the way close and the AC doesn’t work well. To counter that, you find your hotel room windows open. YES a window open! Hotels still have windows that open? You do have a balcony, that I for sure tested my weight on before fully stepping out on. And I had a wonderful view of a closed pool with caution tape all around it. (I think that’s where the ghost came from…rip). I will say my stay was quite eventful. Not sure it was worth the $300 a night though.

Lobby and hallways were dirth and carpets very worn. More frequent vacuuming would help but carpet replacement is needed. Furniture in lobby was too dirty to sit on. A/C in room was very loud - could not sleep with it on - and window could not be opened. Aircraft and pool area noise were annoying too.
