"The checkout flexibility is really convenient and staff is outstanding (from the lobby, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff, to pool/beach staff). The rooms are nice and clean. I would just say the pool could be a bit cleaner & the elevators more efficient, but otherwise, no complaints. "
