"The ice machine on our floor was broken for two days. I don’t know if it’s fixed yet because we left. I didn’t like the $910 hold on our debit card and the price of everything at the hotel. The mini fridge was filled with their items and not a whole lot of room for our items. Everything kept falling out of the fridge and we were afraid they would charge us. "The checkout flexibility is really convenient and staff is outstanding (from the lobby, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff, to pool/beach staff). The rooms are nice and clean. I would just say the pool could be a bit cleaner & the elevators more efficient, but otherwise, no complaints. "
