Only one of two elevators were functional the entire weekend. Mechanical drapes did not work. Did not have any instruction on the mechanical aspects of 8 floor suite. (i.e. steam shower, color ceiling lights, mechanical drapes, ceiling fans and lighting) Should have bellman for this floor/unique rooms. Did not know our room would not be turned down nightly or cleaned every morning. Would have been nice to know in advance. Need separate stand up fans for bedroom area for request.
