When turning on the shower more water came out of the faucet than the shower head. Also we called for the shuttle service they said about 15-20 minutes waited over 1 hr and when we called the hotel #was disconnected. The building is old carpet was stained. The staff was friendly

Even though there is clear signs of no smoking my sister and I got sick smelling marijuana in the hallways and through the vents in our room mostly near entrance and bathroom, my sister got very sick and has been having a horrible cough from the time we were there and even after arriving home in Illinois she has been experiencing cough and I been having horrible headaches. We left previous hotel in Memphis for similar reasons so this has been a nightmare trip.

Key cards continuouly stopped working, elevators were slow, and broke down, non smoking hotel with hallways and one of your room reeked of smoke and and the halls reeked of marijuana, as well as outside the hotel. Back and side doors did not allow entry into the building.

They allowed ten people to reserve two rooms with a total of 4 double beds. Their solution was that 2 people ( 1 in each room) could sleep on the floor. There were no roll away beds available. The property was disgusting and smelled terrible. The pool was closed. Door handles were missing. But the real kicker was when we moved the dresser to make a bed in the floor there was a used bloody uncapped syringe. We left and are waiting on a refund. We were told the general manager would not take phone calls. We will never be back.

The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was typical of this type of hotel. The room was decent. The tub constantly ran slowly. The desk lamp was not functional. None of the exterior doors worked with the keycard and had signs on them apologizing for the inconvenience. The hallway carpets were super nasty, had bleached out spots and was totally missing in many places. Overall a very dirty experience.
