There was a dead bird that was outside our window that was decomposing. I told the front desk and said it couldn’t be reached. However the area it was was a walkway the width of half a sidewalk. The staff was excellent! The only other thing would be if they could replenish coffee supplies.

The perfect distance away from all the action Nashville has to offer. It should also be mentioned that a HUGE plus is a wonderful free breakfast is available to all!

When I first checked in I was taken back by the attitude and lack of customer service. The choices at breakfast were mediocre at best. From what I could tell the housekeeping staff was lacking my room was expressed cleaned once. I left on day 5 and 6 for plenty of time and still came back to a dirty room (yes the door placard was removed). There was also construction below our room and we weren't notified of this so it made for a bit of a startle.

Hotel was very clean offers at good breakfast selection. Rooms are spacious with stand up shower. AC worked well. The hotel is located within 10 min walk to Broadway Street, and a 5 min walk to Country Music Hall of Fame.

Easy to walk to Bridgestone arena, The Ryman, and Broadway. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The parking garage is nice- especially if you’re walking to downtown so you don’t have to fight the traffic!
