"Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

"The location is convenient and I loved how straightforward it was to get in. Just using door codes etc. But that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And the whole place felt very dirty and uncared for. I think they greatly improve the property by make some small improvements to the furniture, bed & overall vibe."

"The staff was great getting going and arranging our key etc. but we arrived at the property to the shower door hanging off- took 3 of us to make it work although not perfectly; no soap only shampoo so that too a trip to the store, No spatula so cooking was a challenge, then we found a slow slimy leak under the kitchen sink and in the morning the door to the street was notable to lock. "The apartment and location is excellent. It is located in central Soho close by to a lot of restaurants and tube. It is clean and just the right size for a family of 4. However one must be aware there’s pub/bar underneath the apartment where music is so loud and you can hear it loudly til the pub closed really late, especially weekends. It was no problem for us at the end as we are always too tired after walking around London"
