"All the staff were so welcoming and helpful with everything during our two week stay, they booked all our tours, motorbike rentals and even booked and drove us to the airport after our stay, I assume they offer a pick up service from the airport but we didn’t do it and just decided to get a taxi instead. "Super place away from the noise but still very convenient for restaurants etc. Very comfortable beds compared to elsewhere we have stayed in SE Asia. Travelling 5 weeks so far and this is the best hotel yet, cant recommend it enough. The only thing to note is that the rooms are not suitable for people with mobility problems as the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are steep."
