Many mirrors in the room so multiple people in the family can get ready at the same time . Resort fee includes an umbrella and 2 chairs that you can use at Hollywood- Hallandale beach . 5 stars for customer service that Kristine provided ."

"Beautiful, relaxing, and great stay at the Diplomat Hollywood Beach Resort. Our room was exactly what I reserved for, 19th Floor Oceanview with Balcony. Perfect level with a great view at eye level . Staff is very kind and accommodating. Shout out to Eugene from Bell Service, very nice and helpful. The only issue I found and it’s important, the rooms are not well cleaned. Found pretzels on the floor under desk when we checked in. Also, I happened to still be in the room when I saw one lady change the garbages and then tried to refill the coffee pods with the same gloves! Luckily I was in the room to let her know. Overall, amazing hotel and service. Waking up to the view of the beach was relaxing. I am already planning to go back. "
