I did like the location it was right by the boardwalk very convenient to get around the area. What i didnt care for is paying 12 a day for parking and then coming back and there was not parking. I definitely felt like i should have been prorated for the inconvenience with the parking. I was told find parking on the street and just get reimbursed. They are nice and comfy but the units should get upgraded. My bed was super loud just sitting on it. The mirrors werent clean, some of the paint where the windows were had chipped paint

From the outside the property looks a little rough but inside it was very clean and right next to the beach and shopping etc. Not all of the storm shutters closed but that wasn't necessary during our stay anyway. Great little boutique hotel. We will definitely be staying again.

Great convenient place to stay in Hollywood beach. Property is a little old and worn down, but expected that from previous comments. If you go into it knowing what to expect it is a good place to stay. I would stay again.
