"This was our honeymoon so it was fabulous. We organised plenty of activities and in terms of location it was ideal. The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated, doesn't look like much when you first arrive. But it's clean, the beds are super comfy, the shower has plenty of pressure and it had all the cooking facilities you'd expect in a kitchenette. After a couple of days it felt like home. Downstairs there's a free gym and also laundry facilities so take some detergent with you. The street it's on has a few addicts and homeless people hanging around so on first impressions I wasn't too convinced but after a day or so there we learnt that they keep themselves to themselves and that actually it's the same in most of the Times Square area. The hotel staff are aware of this and keep the front doors shut so you can't get in without a key card"

"Great location, few blocks away from the chaos of Time Square and steps from the subway and great restaurants. The staff is amazing! Our check in person on Friday May 10, mentioned Moulin Rouge and Boy George finishing up soon, she looked into when his last performance was (without us asking) and called up to our room that May 12 was his last day, beyond great service. Large, clean rooms, coming back in the fall!!"
