"Very nice, clean, walkable, and easy to get to hotel. Only a few minutes walk to time square. To train station and bus stop. We really like this hotel for our first time staying. What we didn’t like was that in our day before the day we were leaving. Our room was cleaned. But, house keeping didn’t leave enough bath towels. We then saw a house keeper guy and asked him for the extra towels we were missing and he said he would take care of that. And he never did. "

"I had a generally and genuinely a positive experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment. However, the bathroom door would not stay in a closed position and did not have a way to keep it closed, as it was a sliding barn door style with no latch, hook or lock, just kept sliding fully open. This was only a minor inconvenience as I am creative type and...
