"One staff was rude. We got there early so the room was not ready. They asked us to come back at 3. We came back at 3 only to find out the room is still not ready. I complained and she got really nasty and rude. The other staff came to straighten things out. rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. "

"We arrived early for check in but the hotel was very accommodating. They had one of the 2 rooms ready so allowed us to check in early. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were so helpful. They assisted in arranging a taxi with a wheelchair ramp when we were checking out which was not an easy task but they called numerous companies to ensure that we were able to travel to into the city. This is my second stay at the hotel and I would not hesitate to use again. "

"This hotel literally overlooks la Boqueria which is very convenient but it also means you get a lot of noise at night. I heard one person screaming for literally three hours outside my window. Also, a loose manhole cover on the street meant a "thump thump" sound was loud and clear every time a car drove over it. Otherwise, a nice place in a convenient location. Its just noisy."
