"The hotel staff was very friendly upon checkin. Bellman wasnt very friendly though. Room was very large except bathroom was a little small. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have 2 complimentary bottles of water cold in frig ready for you. Good location, nearby lot of restaurants and metro. Also close to cruise port as we only stayed one night prior to our cruise "

"All was great until the ignorant owner of the hotel gave me crap for taking my bike in my room. Maybe he should train his staff better so they know where bikes go. Not a bike friendly hotel!"

"The hotel was in a great position very close to Montjuic - easy uphill walk to the funicular. Staff very friendly. Quite noisy at night and no kettle for hot drinks which we had expected. There were plenty excellent options nearby for breakfast which we took advantage of rather than the hotel dining room. We thought that the tourist tax (over €18 for 2 people x 2 nights total) should have been more clearly stated at time of booking. "

"A basic European hotel, small room, full bed, shower (no tub). A small elevator, but you need to walk up 3-4 steps to get to the elevator. Barcelona transit station a couple blocks away. Bed was firmer than I like. "
