The front desk, they were so helpful and the parking there was easy. Would stay there again. I do wish they accepted animals but I also understand not all hotels are able to accommodate them. "Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others."
