"Stayed on the top level and was it was spectacular. The view was georgous and a great location if you are one to enjoy the sunrise and a quiet start to the day. The front desk, they were so helpful and the parking there was easy. Would stay there again. I do wish they accepted animals but I also understand not all hotels are able to accommodate them. Great place/ Great location. 👍 "

"We were very pleased with our stay at Costa Azul. It was clean and comfortable. We came back from an afternoon at the beach and we had clean towels without having to ask. We felt safe. The room was quiet. I appreciate the carpeted floors. It was conveniently located to everything. "

"Our suite was excellent but we only had 2 issues during our stay: 1. every morning this was no hot water to our room until after 7AM. 2. their mobile app for room service doesn't work - I ordered a coffee using the mobile app but it was never delivered. When I inquired about the order - they said what order? I responded with the order # and received what looks to be an automated response that they are busy helping others."
