Spend a night there then the next day had to go for my halong bay trip for 2 nights (booked with Jennie via email), asked Anna if i can keep my suitcase in the hotel. "We arrived and the hostel was under construction. We walked in and they said theyre closed for repairs. After some translating and showing them our booking, they eventually took us across the street and we stayed there without paying extra which was nice. They should have records of their booking though, and notify their customers if they are closed"

"Nice clean hotel right in the middle of it all. 5 minute walk to the walking street. Just around the corner from the lively Beer Street but far enough away not to be disturbed. Staff very friendly and helpfull and free breakfast had enough choice to keep us all happy. Balcony more of a standing area than a sit and relax area and looked directly into the room across the way but we didnt use it anyway."
