"Overall the stay was great. Only reason I gave it a 4 overall was parking. You had to fight to get parking. Or park down the street on a sketchy alley. Yes the sketchy alley is also paid parking. With a small child and a dog that was scary and inconvenient. There was a night I couldn’t find parking and was told that if I didn’t find it, then I could get a parking refund. But then I would have to figure out parking still. "

"I’ve stayed here about 3 or 4 times now. My favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. However this time someone had charged my room for snacks while I was at the parks all day. Front desk was able to reverse the charge which I am grateful for. Maybe in the future instead of trusting guests with charging to random room numbers they can ask for proof or identification of some sort. Overall great stay, will be back again. "

"Clean! King size bed is sooooooo soft and comfy! Housekeeping doesnt bother you as long as you have the sign on the door. Just grear overall stay. Parking is safe! Its inside the hotel NOT street parking which is great! And free breakfast they have scrambled eggs and sauges and pancakes muffins bagels etc. ONLY thing is there was someone smoking weed downstairs and it smelled like weed all around the floors from upstairs. Thats the downside. I dont know how strict they are but they should be...

"I enjoyed the location and room was comfortable and clean. Only thing is I wish I knew the room I booked was in another building entirely not connected to the main hotel. The only way there was to walk down PCH and into a parking garage to go upstairs. This kind of took us by surprise along with the parking fee which seemed a bit excessive. Other than these, our stay was fine and no other complaints. Close to beach and Ralph’s "

"We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland.. our room was very clean decorated very nicely. Our room felt very upscale. The pool was small, but very nice and towels were provided. The drive to Disneyland was very easy from the hotel and took less than 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking and the staff was wonderful. We actually arrived a bit early and they were able to check us in at that time. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again. "
