The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe . The front desk doesn’t have someone available to help. "Surprisingly a very cute and clean hotel. Staff is nice, rooms are outdated but kept up. Beds are hard, seems as you are sleeping on plywood, but after a long day at Disneyland, even a plywood bed is comfortable…lol I would definitely return, but with my own pillows. "
