"We just returned from our amazing trip to the RIU palace. We had such a relaxing trip. The food was amazing and the staff were so wonderful. Thank you again for the amazing trip. Jose and Reuben were so attentive on the beach. Victoria was amazing and keeping our room clean with fresh towels everyday. My husband and I celebrated a romantic dinner by the beach and the service from Germaine and Alfredo was awesome. The food was amazing! We couldn’t ask for a better trip. We will be back again. Thank you so much! "

"The hotel staff, food and grounds were great! What wasn’t great is the wait to be shuttled to the other buildings. Also, the prices in the gift store were ridiculous! Like $400 for a large plush. I paid $18 for a few Advil. "
