When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures.
