I only stayed here one night but the one thing that stood out to me was actually my valet experience since I wanted dependable in and out parking privilege and I really don't usually do valet. Having the bathroom outside was awkward but was trying new things and the second night i wanted a hot shower and it was nothing but cold water...my husband and I are plumbers and we take a look at the water heater and it wasnt staying lit...so we didnt even get to have a shower after sweating all day and going to the beach...pretty place but they need to take the money from the extra days i didnt stay there and possibly fix...

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Andaz!!! One thing we did not enjoy was that it was $50/day for parking which we were not expecting. Breakfast was also $50/day (per person) along with a $50/day resort fee. Seemed like there wasn't much included in the price of the hotel.
