"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. "Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe. "

"Booked this hotel at the last minute and boy did we get a great deal. We were greeted on reception by a lovely friendly lady unfortunately I did not get her name but she was really welcoming. Our room was large and spacious, large comfy bed the view was over looking Bournemouth conference centre but step out side your room and the views our of Bournemouth pier. "We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast.
