"We stayed with a large group of friends, there was a misunderstanding with our reservation upon arrival, however the staff worked with us and made it right for us which was excellent. Great views, a pretty quiet area, super close to the park and downtown Estes. Would for sure stay again especially for the price. "

"Glen Eyrie is a retreat center, a place to escape the fast paced world around us. In a beautiful valley next to Garden of the Gods, it has walking/hiking trails into the red rocks as well as well planted grounds. Breakfast was wonderful. I only gave it a good as the room was worn tho' clean and had a good bed. Also be aware there are no TV's in the rooms."

"Only things that weren't great were the parking (you have to park in a public parking ramp across the street and schlep all your luggage from the ramp, across the street and up a flight of stairs to check in - none of which is posted anywhere so we kept driving around the hotel looking for a formal entrance or place to unload baggage) and our shower - the shower was great but the drain wasn't doing its job, so we were standing in ankle deep soapy water when done. "I’m fairly sensitive to smells, and they do use an air freshener of sorts to mask it, but upon walking in you can definitely tell there has been some combination of smoking and pets in the room at some point. It’s not terrible, just noticeable when I first walked in. There are some mysterious building noises, repeated creaking/tapping sounds etc, but I put on my noise machine and slept just fine. "We've stayed at many properties in Beaver Creek, and really enjoyed this one. It is quaint, quirky, and charming. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, Thursday night snacks and board games, and reasonably-priced parking, all of which are unusual in Beaver Creek. The location is very walkable with easy access to snowboard school (important for us), shopping, and lots of dining options. If you are looking for a comfortable stay at a good value, this hotel is definitely worth checking out."
