This place not too bad, but I don’t like it, only 3 restaurants ( Italian restaurant is the best) one pool not enough, room smell very bad, toilet clogged all the time, food not enough to choose, fruits taste bad.

Antonio at Ventenas was amazing, he made every morning enjoyable at breakfast! The entertainment crew around the pool was so much fun. Pool yoga, water aerobics, and the energy the brought every day was a blast! Our room was beautiful. The food was excellent, every restaurant and the room service too! The bartenders were all really friendly and made great drinks. My girlfriend and I are in our mid twenties and this was our first time in Cancun, this resort was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Wyndham. It is a beautiful resort with the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. I have been to another inclusive resort in the past and the beach was not comparable to Wyndhams beach. But what truly made our experience was our bartender Jesus at the Kaa Bar. We get so excited to see him everyday. Highly recommend the Mexican Candy shots he makes! He is so personable and made us feel so comfortable. We got to practice our Spanish with him and had an amazing time! Overall, the most amazing bartender we met and again, he truly made our experience perfect! Cannot wait to come back!

The hotel is dated and does not feel like a 4 star place. The property has great service and accommodating staff, however, the food was mediocre. My whole family ended up getting sick on day 2-3 of our trip. The 6th floor lounge that is sold as an all-inclusive upgrade is not worth it - it’s a room with a pool table and a snack bar with same alcohol that’s available in rest of the resort although the upgrade claims to include top shelf alcohol. Should be accessible by all guests to be honest.
