"I’ve stayed here about 3 or 4 times now. My favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. However this time someone had charged my room for snacks while I was at the parks all day. Front desk was able to reverse the charge which I am grateful for. Maybe in the future instead of trusting guests with charging to random room numbers they can ask for proof or identification of some sort. Overall great stay, will be back again. "

"My partner and I booked our stay at the Tropicana last minute and were hopeful because of the reviews. Overall the staff were very kind, the room at first look was very clean but I couldn’t help but notice areas like the bathroom tub were still dirty with lose hairs here and there. Also the appliances weren’t dusted and I found some random beads on the ground. Most of the towels also had dark / black stains on them evens though they’d been wash I’m assuming. "I loved how close they were to Disneyland and how safe it felt in the hotel. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it always had a slight smell to it which bothered us everytime we got back to our room. We would also pass quite a few homeless people on the corner of 7 Eleven right next to the hotel, which didn't help the cleanliness around the hotel.
