Great property friendly staff with beautiful landscape. Staff went above and beyond with anything we asked for and always have a smile and never heard the word NO well we were there. Nice beach always open palapa to get chairs. We swam with turtles in front of the property everyday as well as seeing plenty of fish. Worth getting the preferred club. Room was clean and updated with great amendments. Had plenty of food options and portions were good. We have stayed at dozens of adults only all-inclusive and other Secrets. All and all this was one of the best ones we have been at.

A true 5 star resort. Staff is incredibly friendly and professional, food is great, resort is beautiful and the room was exquisite. Best resort I’ve stayed at this far- cannot wait to make my way back to Secrets Akumal.

The staff here is amazing!!!! Big shout out out to bartenders Francisco. Such a great guy! While I have no major complaints, I didn’t like how all the restaurants required pants. Not even dress shorts were allowed and no speakers by the pool. I understand they were respecting everyone taste in music but consider we were at a adult resort, I thought they would be more flexible . The beach was amazing on the days it was clean but not the resorts fault. Would definitely recommend
