"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

Front desk offered to show me a larger room for upgrade, but the one assigned was on the top floor with a balcony - so that was an easy decision. And from my balcony, we had a surprise view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was phenomenal - the food was delicious, dining room was beautiful but Benoit, his service made it memorable…he was so friendly, funny, and kind.
