"Very good staff "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The rooms were huge and clean with comfortable beds. We had a private pool which was nice and quiet. We ordered a floating breakfast- it was great with good breakfast options. I wished the room service was 24 hr service (like most hotels). The area of the hotel was nice but still a far walk to the restaurants nearby. Our overall stay was great! Will definitely be back."

"I booked my family here for our stay in Bali. The staff are very professional and hospitable. The room is spacious and very clean. The area is safe and the hotel is close to many dining options and walkable to the beach. We would book our accommodation here again and would highly recommend this to our friends and family."

"Overall a great hotel, lots a fantastic amenities but the rooms need a little attention, you could see where they were showing signs of wear, such as the upholstery on the couch. Great location with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Beautiful rooftop pool, all day breakfast and a nice spa. All the staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the mattress was absolutely terrible, way too firm and I didn’t get any sleep all week. I did change rooms after a few nights...

"On eat street, close to every thing, no view really, unless you upgrade to pool view which I did . Bit of a walk to restaurant although they do have a buggy for transport. If you want to be on east street with all the shops n restaurants t then it’s a great location for you Rooms great"

"I read a lot of reviews! We picked this for ease of walking was great! Hotel has aged a bit but is clean, breakfast is nice like other reviews. Other food is just ok better around the area. Lots of stairs lifts are slow so if you need a lift book elsewhere. "
