Great location, clean hotel, staff attentiveness needs improving
The location is great, the room is clean and adequate and the breakfast is not bad. For the price it is good value. The attentiveness of the staff is poor (especially the manager which we found quite arrogant and un-friendly). The issue we had was that the safe in the room needed to be re-set. We were waiting to go out ; everytime we called them they said they were on their way - it took approx 1 hr for them to turn up to fix the problem with no apology for inconvenience.

Good Location
A good location for exploring KL. Only issue was that the bus station is nearby, and many buses line up down the street and in front of the hotel, sometimes making crossing the steet difficult. Hotel was good, not great. Nice breakfast, and staff was good. I would just say that the hotel needed a little updating, that’s all.
