This was my third stay.
The Front Desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was well designed with a great view. All the staff that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. I love the location of this hotel, as it is so centrally located.

Decent Hotel - Poor Internet & Air Conditioning
Had an odd room. It was kind of in the corner on one of the floors and the room was really long but narrow. The TV was probably 15 feet from the bed which made viewing it a bit difficult. It was also warm in my room. I had the A/C turned down to 63F and it still didnt feel like cool air was coming out. Made it a bit uncomfortable at night as I like to sleep when it is a bit cool. Biggest issue though was definitely the Internet connection. I spent the first two days on the phone with tech support trying to get a faster connection and nothing worked. It was VERY disappointing that in this day and age they didnt have better Internet connectivity.

Pretty good
Overall, this is a good hotel. Howver, there are a few minor issues with it: bathrooms are rather small and outdated (not bathroom fan); there is no room service after 6PM; and finally, front desk personnel was very unfriendly.
Comment from the hotel's management
Posted: 18-Mar-10We are glad to hear you had a good stay. Our guest rooms vary in size and we do apologize that you received a smaller room. We do provide In Room Dining at night until 11pm and apologize for the poor service that you received at the Front Desk.
