"Very clean room, the Deer room, nice size with large bathroom, great shower. Tea, biscuits and milk in mini fridge, alternative milks available if needed. Quiet area behind the main road. Several great restaurants, but book ahead as they can be busy for dinner. We stayed here 8 years ago on holiday and are glad we came back, it was just as good as we remembered. "

The location is ideal, within walking distance of the town centre. The breakfast is also excellent. Enjoyed a solo birthday weekend in Stratford Upon Avon staying here. Would happily recommend. "

"A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"We liked the experience of staying on a working farm. It was a bit out of the way, but we liked the peace and quiet. The food was amazing, homemade, fresh, and plentiful. The hosts were helpful with ideas of restaurants and local activities."

"It was a very comfortable sleep. A large big room with plenty of storage. The only drawback is that I would have appreciated a mini kettle in my room. I was on the third floor so had a little bit of a trek to the kitchen."

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"
