TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim...

"Check in - quick and efficient. Room - great space, tastefully furnished, great size bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast - fantastic choice, cooked to perfection. "Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

"Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately "

"Newly renovated and very up to date. Breakfast perfect choices. Bit daunting by self check in but no issues. Only downsides were the walk from The Ridgeway down a busy road (hotel can’t help that!), and that there was no food in the evening (but crockery provided if takeaway ordered ( leaflets provided))."

"Initially when I came in with my family and I needed to wait, it was given me a negative view but immediately the issue was resolved I was fine and by the time we got in, its was almost perfect just the way I wanted it."

"Excellent location for visits to Windsor, Eaton and Slough town centre. Entire booking and check-in experience was seamless. Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. The mattresses were as hard as a rock and pillows were poor quality"
