Property was very run down. Disgusting carpets, curtains falling off, cobwebs in room.bathroom tiles and shower needsre grouting and bought upto date. Place absolutely stank of weed!! Know it was a dog friendly hotel, but felt that was only cause it was in a run down state! Shame, as if it was modernised and updated, would bring in better customers, as the area around is beautiful, with lovely places to visit. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was good!

I enjoyed my short stay at the Winsor due to the very pleasant attitude of the staff who delt with me. The room & the facilities were very clean, i would certainly recommend the Winsor Hotel to any of my friends & famiily.

The room hadnt been cleaned, smashed mirror, stains around toilet and on bed clothes. Diety cup in sink. I didnt stay so i would like a refund please

Great value for money
Hotel is getting a bit tired but staff were friendly, place was clean, en suite was large with a good powerful shower. Could see the sea too so that was a bonus

Would not recommend the Windsor
The lady on the front desk was wonderful. Warm, friendly and helpful. All downhill from there. Key didn’t work in the door properly. The shower did not work properly, with all the water running out the hose instead of the shower head. The vanity basin drained very very slowly so it must be partially blocked. The lights were so dim it was hard to see or read in the room. Some maintenance, and upgrades to fittings is sorely needed. Won’t stay there again.
