Fantastic hotel. All rooms included a full kitchen with pots, dishes etc. Free shuttle in and out of Whistler Village. We parked our car in the hotel and took the shuttle everywhere! We even bought groceries and ate in dinner and breakfast! Hotel had a heated pool and hot tub both of which were very popular. High recommend this place!!!

Thought we would try a new place this time, it was a lovely resort feel but we will not return. Staff were all good but most places no longer charge for dogs and a daily $29. fee is a big turn off. Sheets are scratchy and the beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed but I like the extra comforts and considerations.

We really enjoyed being in your suites. It’s wonderful to be able to bring our fur babies with us. The suites were very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Location was good for ski in/out. Staff were excellent. Only comment would be that the particular unit we were in was a little under stocked for table seating (only 4 chairs in unit that slept at least 6), only 6 of most place settings. One very small fry pan only etc. But overall it was a nice unit and we would stay again.

Two times I have stayed I was offered complimentary parking, this last time I was asked to pay $25 which is almost 1/6 the cost to stay. I was told parking is $25 unless Expedia has some special going but heard the other clerk telling person on phone she will offer free parking. I will likely not stay again and this was my third time. The parking is cash grab and there was lots of it available and wasn’t in short supply.

Hi Ian,We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. To clarify, parking is 25 per night + tax or 20 per night + tax if you book directly with us and notify us you will need parking at the time of booking. This April we are running a limited time promotion for direct bookings that includes 1 night of free parking, which may be the deal the clerk was referring to. We hope that this clears things up, and apologise for any inconvenience.

Perfect ski in/out on a blue run. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for our 6 night stay with a family of 5. Kitchen very well equipped. Laundry machines are operated by an app which made it no problem not having one in our room. Housekeeping came 3 times during our stay as requested. Ski valet was excellent and personable!
