"The grounds are breathtaking; a welcome refuge from crowded but lovely beach town. Room is a bit dated with minimal amenities. Tub/shower on our room was oddly elevated. Very clean, however. Nice breakfast and dinner on premises in dining room with old-world elegance. Spa amenities may be had. "

"The property is located in a great location, very walkable. If you have a car to access the hotel you will need to enter a pedestrian zone the hotel will post validate your car to avoid fines. The staff is wonderful. Very attentive and kind staff. Not sure the property is a four star hotel. The rooms are very basic more like a college dorm. The hotel lacks comfort there is no sitting area other than the basic hotel room."

"This hotel is amazing - the excellent greeting & check in was superior. The hotel was hosting a Disney Weekend & the atmosphere was electric. Mickie & Minnie Mouse were fun & spoke to our Grand Daughter. Rosa, who manages the hotel spoke excellent English - very polite & really happy in her role.
