The rooms are a good size and staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The problems with this hotel was the smell of dampness in the room, just before we left we found the net curtain had mould on them in a few places. Toilet didn't flush very well and don't use the cold tap on the shower as the hot water is not very hot.

Not a good story
Our stay not successful. Tried to get into the shower and mat would not stick. Went to put shower on and it broke in my hand couldn’t turn it off and get soaked before I could get in it flooded the floor as the head of shower broken too.

A great place to stay! Nice and clean, warm and comfy. Lovely staff and a good car park. Very peaceful. Can’t go wrong; I’ve been coming here for 23 years now and I still think it’s fantastic.

This hotel is absolutely lovely , it’s lovely and clean . Staff are very friendly and welcoming . Mahamied who was currently training was very friendly, nothing was to much trouble for him . I witnessed him help a few elderly people with their breakfast . He really is a credit to the team there . Any questions he would answer with no problem at all. The breakfast was also lovely there was a good choice of ceral , cooked, toast, yoghurt and fruit . The room was lovely that we had lovely and clean and the tea and coffee and biscuits were filled up daily . Honestly one of the best places I have stayed . I give this hotel more then 5 stars ⭐️ it’s is that fab . Thankyou for making my stay with my grandmother so lovely and welcoming . Will defo be back

We thought the property, service etc were excellent, and as we only had a breakfast this was excellent too. The only downside, and this is being very picky, was the tired look of some of the bedroom furniture. Other than that everything was very good.

Hotel is outdated, no lift, grubby carpets, very 1980s. holes in curtains, badly in need of updating. Clean sheets, comfy bed quiet at back but cows mooing a lot in early morning ha ha. noisy at front which faces garage and macdonalds. Breakfast was cheapest possible ingredients, limited range of food, cheap bread. Just bog-standard. Not worth £125 per night. After long day out, returned and they hadn't made up my room. had to relocate to another room. staff very friendly, but everything cheap = even the ironing board was rickety outdated and had no soft cover to it. All very poundlandy. And they dont do dinner.

Comfort Inn Arundel
We stayed two nights in a triple room. Comfy beds, very clean, the bathroom floor could do with some attention as lino (wet room style) loose under sink area and peeling off wall. The staff are very professional and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast catering for all needs. Location convenient although the McDonalds drive through next door meant we had to close the window at night, obviously this is not Comforts Inns fault as not on their premises. We would happily stay there again.

Exactly what we needed
We stayed one night for Goodwood FoS. We chose Comfort Inn for its location and interconnecting rooms. Happy with the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of spiders / cobwebs but otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable- great showers.
