"everything about the property was good. great location and walking distance to the main post office bus stand but the internet was horrible, it was too slow in the evening , we were on the 4th floor and my son had to work at night as we were from US , he could not work in the room, very very very slow internet. it was ok on the main floor but noisy and the internet room was not open since covid. he had to book another hotel to save his job and it cost him extra 1000 dollars. the customer service...

"The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. "This hotel is overpriced given its very mediocre facilities. Major drawback: the only option to move around was to use the only taxi driver made available by the hotel, who was charging 2 to 3 times the normal rate and proved unreliable. Foreign tourists should avoid this hotel. "
