My 2 bedroom came with a full size kitchen, all utensils. Very clean, full size washer and dryer, two bathrooms, nice view with lanai. Again very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Unfortunately for us there was a band/choir highschool gathering. Loud kids, took over the pool area. Stayed up late partying and as we were on the ground floor we were keep awake from noise above until after midnight. They should have been staged in a separate area. Ugh

Loved the property and the facilities and the personnel. It’s very windy as it is on a hill which is a plus. Wild Turkeys are wondering around which gives it more character. The only downsize it is far from Kona Kailua downtown area and there are not that many dinning options yet that’s not their fault.

Upon check in, we realized we had booked two condos instead of one. This was great for our large party. They quickly rearranged where they had us originally booked so we could be nearer each other. They were AWESOME on every level.

5th time there. They said expedia guests didnt get an early check in. I am disabled and no accommodation for this. Sliding door was almost impossible to open to patio.

Wonderful room for an affordable price. Spacious enough for my family of 5 to stay for a week. Nice pool area with lots of activities such as tennis, basketball hoop, pool table, foosball, and ping pong.

You don’t get daily or every other day housekeeping. You have to beg for new towels and toiletries and you have to take out your own out trash daily. I booked this place to relax by the pool and ocean and not have to up keep my rental like Airbnb It did not feel like this was a resort but someone’s grandpas’s place. Kitchen. Very tiny and outdated

Property was clean and comfortable, but we did not have enough the toilet paper and garbage bags. Also, the AC didn’t work, and we can’t open the balcony door at the third floor.

The suites are very comfortable and big- beds were super comfy - loved there was a washer and dryer cleaned some clothes- used the bbq’s that were easy to get to as well.

Condo type property on a golf course with daily visits from the wild turkeys and the Nene geese. They won’t bother you and are sure fun to watch. The KTA store up the road is a full grocery store. You will need a car on the Big Island. This property will see us again! Staff is so nice and the condo is literally outfitted with everything a family of 8 could need! Mahalo

The only questionable issue was the cleanliness of the serving dishes, plates, cups and utensils. The cleaning staff should have done a better job of inspecting these items during the cleaning process and then either replacing them or putting them through the dishwasher again. Jim A.

We stayed in G207 I would recommend a good “spring cleaning” things like washing light fixtures, scrubbing walls, and cleaning the edges and corners on the floor. I clean houses myself and those things really bug me when I go into places and see dust on the lights and dirt gathered in the corners. The living room furniture needed to be cleaned also. Lots of spots. Maybe these things most people wouldn’t notice but I sure did.

A good location if you want peace and quiet, we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with kitchen washer and dryer. It’s home away from home. Would recommend this to anyone, go to the nearest beach the only beach that has no rock good for kids.

Well maintained property. Kitchen fully loaded. Excellent customer service. Washer and dryer available as well inside the unit. Definitely recommend over regular hotels if you are planning to cook at home. You can easily spend around hundred dollar just for the Breakfast in Hawaii

Great property great value
The Panioli Greens were great, just a short drive up from Wiakoloa beach area. The property back right up on Wiakoloa Village golf course (Which is a terrific Robert Trent Jones course ). The property was roomy with a nice kitchen master bedroom small bedroom dining area and living room with a nice lani overlooking the golf course. The check in experience was great and the staff were very helpful. At the conclusion of our stay they offered the use of the lobby showers to freshen up before our flight. It was pefect as our check out was at 10am our flight was 10pm which gave us time to drive north and play Hamakua county club, drive back to Paniloi Greens grab a shower then head to the airport

Ok visit
Tho the place was spacious but still somewhat tired. The kitchen utensils were modest and require updates. The barbecues were out of propane when we tried to use…no backups and the grills were dirty. The staff were very pleasant and the grounds were nice although a place of that size could use a second pool.

Our kitchen pipe was leaking. Had maintenance guy there for breakfest and dinner. Had to clean ourselves. Property did nothing to compensate for stay and for inconvenience. Didn’t even give us late check out. Ask for late check out at 11/12 and they said no. We ask for late check out as we were busy cleaning leak from trying to clean dishes so we didn’t get charged
