nice people and hotel. However, the gym is in very poor condition. one threadmill and one bike, both in very poor condition and free weights, just a couple of 4 and 5 kilos.

The hotel takes you back 30-40 years. It has a deep Soviet feel and, while it has facilities for a 4 star, it lags behind even 3 star in terms of look and feel.

Good and abundant breakfast and clean room. Very close to the White Bridge and not far from the city center. The staff speaks English. Currently, there are several constructions in this part of Vilnius and outside the hotel, which, in my opinion, will improve greatly the area once they are finished.

Good location and although old a very comfortable - one minus no hot water after 08:30 due to work in the street, would have been nice to have known this before arrival as had to get up early.

Great location hotel.
We arrived wuite late all the hotel parking was used but we found free parking close by, the check in was quick as we pre paid, the room was comfortable with the strange exception of having 2 single quilts on a double bed which was 2 single beds put together to make a double, the room was clean and had everything needed for our over night stay, breakfast was amazing with a huge variety to chose from, checking out was simply putting the key card in a basket. Was a pleasant stay.

I was surprised that the site said travel from the airport to the hotel and nothing .. and when I called the hotel I was told that there must be a minimum of 3 people .. and breakfast the same every day ..

Convenient situation, very good breakfast
Not my first time in this hotel but returning customer. Great breakfast with a large choice of everything you can wish hot or cold with some excellent local specialities. Very good position, close to a large choice of restaurant and shopping center. I will definitely come back.

Generally Hotel is ok. Few unpleasant things: 1) 2 receptionists were busy by their phone talks. One of them had a private call via cellphone. Start of check in waiting time 7-10 min. 2) Hotel has not so good level of sound insulation. Normally you should expect to hear snoring/coughing very well in the next room. Positive things: dedicated free parking, room is very good equipped, check out was very quick and comfortable.

The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean though overall the hotel could do with new carpets and decor in the rooms. It would be nice if they could expand what is available in the fitness room and pool area. It is described as having a spa but this is actually just a sauna. The location is good.

Location is great surroundings lots of restaurants, easy transportation even town has Uber service. The BW had great buffet breakfast every day. During first stay find spyder and next day spyder and crakes. The crakes was claw to my face as soon as I turn off lite. Spyder webs all over next morning another next day killed 2 spyders one of them was big one. I informed that during I stayed but never take care problems. Also parking spot were short so you should be early. I wish in the they have safe box.

Great room, though Fitness Centre needs upgrades
Amazing room, great view to the old town. Room's minibar stocked. However, the bathroom was a bit too hot and grout in between the titles needs cleaning or refreshing. Fitness Centre extremely sad, I would not consider 1 treadmill, 1 bike, 1 chest fly and 1 leg press with a few dumbbells a fitness centre. The swimming pool was a bit small too. Could scrap out the pool completely and extend the gym area. Though, if you are creative it could do the job for general fitness. Wifi extremely fast, though some ports were blocked, good for news reading, youtube and emails only.

Friendly staff nice location flexable ,extended mu check out in 2 hrs. The aparment suite with the privete sauna is big and comfrtable at the last floor with amazing view thank you diment and garda for great servise with smile.

The property is very close to the old city and its various museums and attractions - a short walk on a sunny day. It is also close to a major shopping mall if that is your main purpose for visiting! The rooms are basic but comfortable. However, I couldn’t locate BBC World on the TV despite its being listed as Channel 12. Bathroms are basic but spotlessly clean. If you like your own bar soap and shampoo bring them both because this is all-purpose-gel dispensing country! The restaurany is very good - basic breakfast with lots of choice in the buffet. Scrambled egg as an option would be nice.

I had a quick 2-day visit in Vilnius. Markets and the old town were relatively close (just a 10-20 min walk). The staff was nice and the buffet type breakfast contained various of foods from omelets to berry cakes. The one thing that bothered me was a noise that came from the staff elevator which was close to my room. But overall, it was very quiet. I also had some issues with the WiFi connectivity in the evening for about 1-2 hours when I had to reconnect after every 5-10 min to get the connection. To summarize, if you are in a quick visit or you spend most of the time exploring Vilnius, it is a quite comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Aircondition in the room didnt work. Lousy service in the restaurant - 20% full and you have to seek out the vaitors to get a table and again when ordering. Tiny elevators in a high rise building, so you can wait forever to get anywhere Really poor breakfast. Large rooms are good, rock hard beds not so good, no iron or board in room
