Convenient quite location, rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Unfortunately our 2 rooms were not serviced daily with clean towels and the beds were made only once out of 4 nights. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

This property was perfect for our weekend. The only downside we experien ed was the there was no in room tea facilities. They did offer free drinks in the common area, but times applied and it was during the day when most people are out exploring.

Good stay. Great location to many shops, however, it's 1.5 miles from the main attractions so would have to take the tram or the buses. Cheaper hotel rates. Clean rooms.

Christmas market weekend
Hotel was well located near Westbahnhof station for all transport links. We arrived at 2 pm, we found the receptionist a little abrupt telling us the room wasnt ready and to leave our case and come back later. When we did come back it was to a warmer welcome. Only 1 lift worked so at times there was a bit of a wait, we did locate the step but they brought you out in a service corridor so not sure guests are allowed to use them? Other than this the stay was very pleasant.
