A very convenient hotel near to the center of the city and easy to use the transportation. The breakfasts is ok with limited variety but tasty and fresh products. The only bad thing is that they removed the mini bar from room (they told me to save the environment!!!!!) and i could not have something cold to drink. Also no coffee making facilities and it would be nice to have a bottle of water in room, these are basics as a 4 star hotel! Nevertheless i suggest it for a good option in Vienna

Had a wonderful stay. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Great variety of food for breakfast. Very nice comfortable bedroom. Nice foyer. Convenient location for walking and pyblic transport.

The hotel is very close to the subway station and trams for convenience. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, ready to answer any question or provide any tips. Upon check-in I was offered a city map with local tourist points of interest (very helpful!). The overall building and rooms were very clean and bright. A warm feeling as you walk through the hallways.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room clean and if a good size. Comforts mattress. Little balcony as well.- Extensive breakfast buffet an long breakfast time (6:30-11:00). In walking distance of city centre and only 300 yards away from subway and tram.

The hotel is located with convenient in Vienna, walking distance to old town center, the metro station is 100 meter away. The front desk worker are very friendly, gave us suggestion of the metro ticket selection. We walked to the old town center and used the to other places. The room is very classy, clean and quiet. The free breakfast is great, even better than the breakfast that we paid for over 16 euro per person in a Michelin star restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet, comfortable clean hotel.
Older type of hotel but very clean and centrally located. Quiet so good sleep! Beside Danube & Close to airport bus stop too. Breakfasts excellent - great selection of food both hot and cold and service staff very friendly.

we stayed in the hotel a couple + 2 small kids. enjoyed the big and elegant room, the superb location not far from st. stephan cathedral and karntner strasse . the staff was really helpful and welcoming. breakfast was great with wide varaietis.

This hotel is a great location. A short walk to public transit, tons of restaurants & cafes as well as the city centre and attractions. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was a lovely setting.

The positive things were a) great location, b) comfortable beds with notably luxurious linens, c) clean and spacious room, and d) nice bathroom. The negatives: a) room lock cannot be operated from inside the room without a key, meaning you can get locked in with no easy way/freedom of getting out if, for instance, you are asleep when the rest of your family or group have to leave the room, which is a major fire safety issue, because they have to lock the room and take the key with them and you cannot get out without it; b) unreliable A/C, c) uncooperative and unfriendly reception desk staff.

Brilliant location, only a few minutes nice walk to the centre. Hotel scrupulously clean throughout. Very nice dining room with great buffet breakfast well laid out in adjoining room. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we stayed in in our trip across Europe.

The lobby is everything you would expect in an historic city center. The bathroom was up fitted and the bed room was quaint with large moldings and plenty of space for a week's stay. However, we do travel lightly. Marco was exceptional and fluent in multiple languages. Other front desk personnel did not seem to have the skill that he has for innuendo and information. He suggested taking the Big Bus (red line is directly across the street) as we had already purchased multiple museum tickets and that would not involve planning for extra transportation. Breakfast was spectacular!
