First room was dirty, had spoiled food in fridge, room smelled horrible. No proper ventilation in room, no windows that opened. Second room better but still had a musty smell. Blood stains on pillow cases, bed sheets, comforter. Some front desk staff rude. Spoke rude, loud and dismissing. Pool deck was dirty, hot tub had too much chemicals, not always stocked with towels. Elevators not always functioning, dark. Better lighting in hallways for safety. Not a great experience and I would never stay here again nor recommend it to family or friends. We were supposed to stay for 7 nights but we checked out a day esrly. Very disappointed.

The hotel was nice generally but the pool and hot tub weren’t warm enough, (pool was cold and hot tub wasn’t very hot) and there seemed to be too much chemicals in them. My family’s eyes were all burning a lot after using them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Staff were nice. A few areas of the room were missed cleaning wise eg. Coffee table not wiped down. No continental breakfast which was very dissapointing. Pool area was nice and fun for the kids.

People standing by the building that weren’t guests. Also I used the gym and could only use the treadmill because the bike Is a piece of junk and a hazard. I’m glad I was too short to get over it because the seat was not secure and fell down. Very unsafe It was very dirty as well. Does not look good to not have clean equipment. Do not recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very clean and it had a great shower. It was about a 20 min walk from downtown which on a spring day worked out fine.

Our truck got broken into onsite. Knowing now what we do, the area was quite sketchy, lots of homeless people around the area. The front desk staff and manager didn’t care, were of no help, didn’t offer us anything while we were looking for our items that were stolen and dealing with filing a police report, etc.
