"Where do I start?? Our 25th Anniversary, first time stay and we could not have been more impressed! Kudos to Brad the doorman, who greeted us, smiled many times and gave us recommendations and tips along the way. Kain the server in Aura, who's fun and cheerful manner, excellent service that was above and beyond the ordinary. Our room was clean, comfortable and exceptional size. We were so very impressed with this hotel!!!"
"Wonderful room however we were not aware that the restaurant/bar attached was a nighttime hotspot and it was so loud from 1:45am until almost 3am. Ear plugs in the room would have been helpful as the windows do not keep out any sound. They did provide earplugs to me when I went down to the lobby."
"This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Victoria. Only ten minutes from downtown and you have mineral baths, beautiful water views, and better than 10 staff. Room was large with a great kitchenette. Great on-site restaurant. Can’t say enough about this property. Probably the best in Victoria."
