Dear ANONIMUS....;-)Thanks for your review, I'm sorry about all your difficult at the check-in ---- apart "that's just Venice" which I don't really like :-( ...it's little bit stupid.I apologize with you, unfortunately in theese days we have had several late arrivals after the official time (14:00 to 20:00), but as written in the confirmation emails (which you may not have read) all the information (how to reach the hotel, ecc...) on the matter was given.Even on arrival, if you rang the bell, someone certley would have explained how to access into the room and where to find the keys (Going in the hotel, and climbing the stairs, without waiting for an answer and going up the stairs was not very wise)As for the mattresses, recently they were changed and bought new so they are a little harder than normal (but I hope you slept well).ADVICE FOR NEXT TIME AND ALL GUESTS: inform the reception of your arrival time to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.Thank you and have a good summer

We are very sorry for what happened, unfortunately this sudden heat took us by surprise andthe activation service of the air conditioning machines has delayed (given the many requests these days)The mosquitoes, on the other hand, responded immediately and we are invaded all over the island.Fortunately we solved it and finnaly the AC is start; I hope I can make you a more comfortable welcome next time.Thank you for your time and have a good trip

Dear Mrs. Vigil,thank you for your feedback, about the floor, I'm sorry your room was at the third, we suggest at the guest to advise us in time if they have some trouble witht he step, so we can arrange the room on the lower floor.About Towels and sheets I remind you that the EXTRA charge is to pay, we change it regulary or on request, if the guests leave it on the floor/bidet.About parking place I don't think will be neccesary advise the guest, Venice as everybody know is a walking town, is not possible come by car...where you park the car was the last place where you can do that in Venice....if the guests desire have an hotel with parking place MUST reserve in Mestre only place where you'll find it, or near Piazzale Roma (last place where you can arrive iby Car).I hope this review coud be more helpfull to sombody to avoid unpleasant misunderstunding in the future. NO-SHOW CHARGED ??? what's wrong?

Dear Mrs. Rousseau,thank you for taking the time to write us a review.We are sorry for what happened and I confirm that there are no mosquito nets on the windows (on the other hand I don't know any hotels that have it), it is true that it is a warm October but below 18 degrees (in the night) no air conditioner works, and in this season it's close, we are ready for the heater.All rooms have mosquito machines in the room,but leaving the windows open unfortunately are useless.If she had told us, we would have provided her with a cream, but we only find out now.have a nice trip
