The staff were great - friendly and helpful. The property was quite tired in places and the room didn’t feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. Not terrible but probably not as good as I had hoped.

The towels were not clean, and the tissue box in the bathroom was almost empty when I got there. Toilet paper roll was only half. I was too lazy to change to another room, so I didn’t call the front desk to ask for room change.

Had a king suite and it was adequate for our family of 4. Wish there was a table we could sit around to play games. The indoor pool was small, but fun, we liked the slide. Location was convenient if you're interested in hanging out in Richmond. We would consider staying there again in the future.

I found the room dated for a 'signature' level property. The faucet in the bathroom had come loose and it was almost unworkable. I had an adjoining style room and lucked out having noisy neighbours who were up well into the night. For the money there are better places to stay in the area. First time staying here and I was disappointed.

Staff were excellent. Room fit our needs but needs some upgrading. Beds were comfortable. Week days were quiet but weekend the hockey teams rolled in and changed the atmosphere completely. Hotel and pool became very noisy.

The hotel tried to put me in a room knowingly that the AC was broken then didn’t have an equivalent or better room to move me to. The service was substandard at check in and limited services. Needless to say I’ll never return.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and quiet. It had a room safe. I would have been nice if there was bottled water in the room. The vending machine on the first floor was sold out of water. Steakhouse was great and I loved that there was a Denny’s at the hotel. Small Starbucks in the Lobby too, no oat milk though. Free shuttle was great too. Would definitely stay here again!!
