Unfortunately we found the help from staff to not be of 5 star caliber. We were met with long delays for almost everything. The deck area where whirlpool was didn’t even have cushions out so seating was not usable. Wouldn’t bring our valet car around when we were leaving and we had to bring all our luggage into the garage and load the car. This is not 5 star. We had to ask for our room to be serviced after waiting all day. Didn’t even empty the trash when they finally did turn down. Didn’t replenish our tea in the room and when I asked for more they didn’t ever bring any. Really disappointed at the level of quality for what we paid for our room.

Light was broken in suite and only taped up didn’t seem safe. Only one robe and slippers also.

$50 a night to selfbpark a car are ridiculous amount of money….. it should be in the cost of the room when it’s this high… This is a junk fee that the hotel should be ashamed of.

Since the parking facility does not belong to our hotel, we are regrettably unable to decide the parking rate - as it's owned and operated by the Indigo Parking company. The parking rates in DT Vancouver are similar to one another, however, we will reflect this feedback to the parking company for review. Kindly note that F&B outlets within the Parq Vancouver building are also not part of Marriott as well. Thank you for staying with us!

Please kindly note that we do not have a bathtub equipped in our standard room as we advertised. We do see that our team has been connected with you regarding this matter.
Despite the front desk having sign in issues they went out of their way to accommodate us getting ready for an event.

We booked our suite on expedia but when we got to the hotel they said our room had some technical issues and that they didnt have a suite available for us. They only had a regular room booked. Which is very disappointing cause we didnt get the room we were wanting. And the reason why we booked with this hotel in the first place.
