Very convenient for Humberside Arport. Smart hotel with good sized bedrooms. Friendly competent staff. Only issue is that there is not a footpath all the way to the airport from the hotel

Was not informed that Restaurant was closed over Saturday and Sunday. We had planned to use it. Alternative Lounge facility comprised basic Burger/Pizza options. £ 10 per night parking charge was new since last visit.

OK but hot room with no aircon or opening windows!
Decent hotel - ideal for a one night stay. However the temperature in our room was uncomfortable. It was cold outside but the window was locked shut and the air con didn’t work at all. We didn’t notice until we went to bed and then felt it was too late to raise the issue but it made sleeping very uncomfortable - I estimate the room was about 25 degrees and no air circulation at all! Also, we went down to breakfast at about 8:30 and when we came back to the room there was already a cleaner in our room! When we asked her to leave she looked a bit annoyed - but we were only staying one night. Surely she wasn’t cleaning it for the next guest before we left?!?!

Make your own waffle for breakfast!
My wife and I had a great stay, quiet, all the staff were excellent. Breakfast was terrific, waffle maker! need I say more? Waffles with bacon, sausage and syrup will always set you up for a win.

Service and Breakfast issues
Service on the Monday evening in the restaurant was extremely slow - 1 member of staff and 2 trainees. - the member of staff warned us and was helpful. The standard of breakfast has dropped significantly over my last few stays this year. Choice of cereals has been reduced to 2 choices, the choice of condiments to go on to toast has been reduced too / no marmite. Choice of meats / cheeses reduced to. Definitely does not fit a 4 start restaurant

The overall stay was great , very friendly staff , the only let down was our room was not cleaned on the first day , when we returned the reception staff stated the cleaner was sick , this not being my problem .but overall very good .

Had the easiest check-in and check-out. Didn't ever expect that after driving 332 miles. People were sweet and friendly. I asked for a bottle of water at 11:40 in the midnight and I got it in exactly a minute. Didn't have chance to dress my self up appropriately n I heard the knock. Hehe. Lastly had tummy full fresh breakfast. Waffles were the ideal Saturday breakfast for me and I got it. Will come back for sure. Thank you team.

Ok but could be much better
The room was good and comfortable and staff were ok. The restaurant attached was closed for no reason and the staff would not say why. According to the opening hours on the website it should have been open. Could have been that the hotel wasn't booked up enough to warrant opening it. If you are staying it is worth calling and checking first. There was bar food that they could microwave for me for about £13 each but opted to drive out and go somewhere else and have a proper meal. Take-aways might not deliver here as it's a bit far away from everything. Plus, even though I was staying the one night it was £10 for parking which I don't think should be charged unless you are flying from here and leaving your vehicle for extra nights. Personally I will stay elsewhere when in the area. This place does have good reviews which is why I chose it but felt I was really let down.

Best business stay hotel in the area hand-down
Perfect hotel to stay at for buisness travel whether for north Lincolnshire. Proper desk and office chair and good wifi, which makes such a difference when you have to work long hours from your hotel room. Super easy to access. Bed was equally fabulous. Best business stay hotel in the area hand-down

Very convenient access to hotel. Parking cost £10 for the night which is a shame it’s extra for hotel guests but not surprising given airport location. Check in was swift and efficient even at 22.30. Bedroom was very clean, bed was super comfortable, shower very good and nice shower gel etc to use. Great the products are provided in eco friendly multi use rather than all the disposable small plastic packages. Breakfast was tasty but needed more kitchen staff to support the demand for cooked items. Overall would thoroughly recommend to stay here.

Room was fine and nice and clean. Went down for breakfast but the juice machine was broken and there were no cups for hot drinks. The worktops were all dirty with used cutlery left out. We left and paid fkr breakfast elsewhere.

First room hadn't been cleaned with the previous persons towels/unmade bed/ food in the room despite a covid sticker clean on the door, room 2 had a large yellow stain on the floor, room 3 was fine. Reception staff very good about the issue, hotel is modern and facilities fine, there is a £10 overnight parking fee though. Hotel is used mainly by workers using the airport.
